Returns, Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase at Joyvinn. Below you'll find your statutory right of withdrawal (cancellation), the hygiene-related exceptions, and how returns and refunds work. These notes do not limit your statutory rights.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Sealed Hygiene Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or expires early, for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

For our cosmetic products this means: once the seal (e.g. protective seal / tamper-evident closure) of a product has been opened or removed after receipt, withdrawal for that product is excluded for hygiene reasons. Unopened, originally sealed products can of course be returned within the period stated above.

How to Return

  1. Before sending anything back, contact us by email at vilksdags@gmail.com and state your order number.
  2. We will confirm the return and give you the return address.
  3. Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal declaration. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us at vilksdags@gmail.com — ideally with photos and your order number. In that case we cover the return costs and provide replacement, repair or a refund in accordance with the statutory provisions. The statutory warranty period of two years from receipt of the goods applies.

Refunds

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price (including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal declaration — subject to our right of retention stated above, until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of dispatch. The refund is made using the same means of payment you used for your order; no fees apply.

Note: If you paid via Klarna, the reversal may additionally be handled through Klarna; follow the instructions in your Klarna app or email.
